Welcome to the supplement guide module of the weight gain guide! Glad you have made it this far, you're almost there! You almost know everything I did to go from 99 pounds to 160 in a few months!

Supplements are very helpful in giving a little extra in calories, protein, energy to get you to your goals. Below is what I took everyday to add an extra 40 calories, 40 grams of protein & a little extra energy for my workouts.
