This is a special chart I created just for you! It highlights plenty ingredients and their calories, protein and carbs. For the beginning of your weight gain, you really only need to focus on calories and protein.
This chart will come in very handy when creating your meal plans and tracking your daily intakes.

To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. That's it. Your body even without exercise burns a certain number of calories daily. If you consistently eat more calories than it consumes, it is almost IMPOSSIBLE not to gain weight.

To know how many calories you should be eating, use the chart in the next section. Multiply your current weight with the number corresponding to you weight goal.
